My favorite Smoothies:

Pineapple Punch
2 handfuls of both Spinach and Kale (4 handfuls total)
water
1 large banana frozen or fresh
1.5 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
ice to taste
1 large scoop GSG Vanilla Protein Powder
1 large scoop GSG TriOmega Sprouted flax, broccoli, chia

Chocolate Banana Shake
2 handfuls of both Spinach and Kale (4 handfuls total)
1 large banana
1 part chocolate almond milk 1 part unsweetened almond milk (Feel free to mix it however tastes good to you.  This is how my family likes it.)
1 large scoop GSG Chocolate Protein Powder
1 large scoop GSG TriOmega
