Welcome to Miss Habits! I am a working mother of two amazing kids and I want to turn my health around for myself, my kids, and my husband. For too long I have subscribed to the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) and many other bad habits. I'm done feeling tired and gross. I want to have a full and vibrant life! However, I have tried many other weight loss and quick fixes to health with no success. I figure that it took me 38 years to get to the unhealthy place that inspired this journey and it is going to take some time to turn it around. Each week I will work to create a new healthy habit or ditch a bad one. Being able to accomplish small goals one week at a time will lead to more reasonable lifestyle changes, greater sense of accomplishment, and lead to lasting results.
